With more than 58 employees pursuing their personal careers, we’re a market leader in real estate management, facilitating direct investments and private real estate funds in Norway and the wider Nordic region. Our offices are located in the hearts of Oslo, Copenhagen and Gothenburg.
We sustainably manage direct investments in real estate on the Nordic market, with a mix of office, retail, logistics and industrial properties. Logistics plays a major role in our asset management strategy. Our main markets are Norway and Sweden.

Swiss Life Asset Managers in the Nordics is a leading core and core plus private equity real estate fund manager, with around NOK 13.5 billion in assets under administration across the Nordics. The investment strategy for real estate funds taps into a range of sectors, from logistics, office, warehousing and light industry through to big box retail.
Aker Eiendomsdrift heads up property management, handling approximately 55 properties with a total rental income of more than NOK 450 million. Our property management portfolio spans the country, with a focus on eastern central Norway. We have expertise in managing all kinds of buildings in every segment, handling commercial real estate services on behalf of the owner for commercial, office and warehouse properties – or combinations of all three.
The corporate functions at Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic encompass back-office operations including fund structuring, fund management, financial control, and office administration. They cover the commercial, legal and tax structuring of all new funds where Swiss Life Asset Managers acts as the AIFM and engages with external providers.

Our employees are our most valuable asset. At Swiss Life Asset Managers, we place particular value on fair, market-rate compensation. In addition to the basic salary, compensation consists of a discretionary bonus dependent on the company’s success and personal performance. Full-time employees are entitled to a minimum of 25 days of holiday per year, and we celebrate service anniversaries every ten years.
We trust our employees to do great work, no matter where they are. That’s why our remote working from abroad scheme enables our employees to work internationally for a certain number of days each year.
We’re there for our employees – no matter what happens. We provide above-average benefits in the event of accident and illness, and also pay pension fund contributions (amount depending on salary).
Jobs come with travel insurance – not just for our employees, but also for their spouses/cohabitants and children (up to the age of 20).
The health of our employees is particularly important to us. We cover the cost of one health examination per year; we make monthly contributions towards a gym membership; eye examinations and prescription glasses are covered by us; and we offer fresh, nutritious meals in our company canteen.
