Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic currently handles an asset management portfolio worth NOK 13.8 billion (as of 31 December 2023) in assets – with involvement in over 150 transactions. We specialise in sourcing attractive real estate investment properties in strategic locations with a focus on long-term investment and tenants we can trust. In our main markets, Norway and Sweden, we leverage returns wherever we can through upgrades to properties and projects, while our asset management strategy in Finland and Denmark is based predominantly on core and core plus investments.
