These services include administrative, financial, technical and legal support, as well as project and construction management in renovations and rebuilds. The current property management portfolio is worth an estimated NOK 6.0 billion.
The Property Management real estate services portfolio handles approximately 55 properties, with total rental income of more than NOK 450 million. Our property management portfolio spans the country – with a focus on east central Norway. We have expertise in managing all kinds of buildings in every segment, handling commercial real estate services on behalf of the owner for trade, office and warehouse properties – or combinations of all three.
