Currently, Swiss Life Asset Manager's real estate assets amount to approx. DKK 875 billion, of which approx. DKK 30 billion in the Nordics. Over the next few years, Swiss Life Asset Managers expects new acquisitions in properties in the Nordics for DKK 8-10 billion.
The office in Denmark will be led by Anders Hornskov Jakobsen, who has a broad knowledge of real estate in-vestments and management. With his experience, Anders Hornskov Jakobsen will be a suitable leader for Swiss Life Asset Managers in Denmark and contribute to building the company's presence and commitment to the local market.
